Skyshow is actually a group of companies founded by Paul Angeloro and Carol Waters. Skyshow qualifies as a woman minority owned business. Carol maintains dual careers in the construction and medical professions. She achieved journeyman status as a top welder in a shipyard of 7,000 men. A former corpsman in the US Navy, she holds degrees in management and multiple associate programs, and is recognized as an expert medical technologist. Paul achieved significant business success with a number of silicon valley startups. Paul brings a West Coast business management style in establishing and growing opportunities. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, and proudly hails from the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn.

Having spent a number of years in the construction industry in Northern New Mexico, two things are apparent. The quality of work is low. And the crews tasked with performing the work are often treated poorly. We can do better. Employing only hot shot crews with seasoned technical leaders and instilling an individual attention to detail achieves a higher quality end product. Further, our people are easily our most important resource. Initially, we will put more money in crews’ and subcontractors’ pockets by sharing profit. Over time, we will provide more meaningful benefits not generally offered.
